Hellbent – Sublime Dancer filly

2 year old – showing a lot of promise to date.
Available now and ready to go to the trials. Ready to be named and will be on the track any day now.
Perfect for clients not wanting to wait!

By Hellbent who himself had four starts in Gr1’s  and was never worse than fourth. He was very unlucky in 2017 William Reid & 2018 Oakleigh Plate. His form was impeccable in every G1 he contested. His win in the William Reid was unbelievable considering they slowed mid race and he had to come right around them. On that day Craig Williams was astounded that he could finish so brilliantly considering the race didn’t really pan out for him. Hellbent is a magnificent looking dark bay horse standing 16hh. His turn of foot was his greatest asset and his similarities to his father (I am invincible) are uncanny. His pedigree is interesting as he has a double cross of Green Desert which has been very successful cross. We believe he perfectly fits the criteria we look for in choosing stallions, being an explosive sprinter by a top sire and having a tough colonial damline. Cross this with a mare by a similarly exciting colonial heritageSo you think was a winner of 10 Group I’s. In addition to his class, underlined by those wins So You Think was a notably versatile and durable runner. In Australia, he was able to win a Group race at as short as 1400m, taking the MRC Memsie Stakes-Gr.2, but was also an excellent third in the VRC Melbourne Cup-Gr.1 (3200m) at more than twice that distance. In between those extremes, he also took the STC Gloaming Stakes-Gr.3 and MRC Underwood Stakes-Gr.1 at 1800m, the VRC L.K.S. McKinnon Stakes-Gr.1 and Yalumba Stakes-Gr.1 at 2000m, and back-to-back renewals of the MVRC W.S. Cox Plate-Gr.1 at 2040m. Racing in Europe at five and six (to northern hemisphere time), So You Think added another six Group victories, all at 10-10.5 furlongs (2000-2100m), including back-to-back renewals of the Tattersalls Gold Cup-Gr.1, by 4.5 lengths and six lengths; the Eclipse Stakes-Gr.1, over European Champion Workforce, hero of the Epsom Derby-Gr.1 and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe-Gr.1; the Irish Champion Stakes-Gr.1, over Snow Fairy, a Gr.1 winner in four different countries; and Prince of Wales Stakes-Gr.1 at Royal Ascot.
So You Think is out of the Sir Tristram Fillies Classic-Gr.2 heroine Triassic, who is a daughter of the US-raced Nijinsky II stallion, Tights. The second dam Astral Row, by the Irish 2000 Guineas-Gr.1 winner Long Row, was black-type placed and is half-sister
to Runs Riot (dam of the Dunedin Gold Cup-Gr.3 winner Red Card, and second dam of black-type winner Super Revenir). The fourth dam, Philipolo, is half-sister to the dam of the Oakleigh Plate-Gr.1 winner Turf Ruler. Philipolo is out of Philadelphia, is a half-sister to Queensland Oaks winner Winnipeg.

So You Think already has a quartet of Gr.1 winners from his first two crops. The mares La Bella Diosa, successful in CJC New Zealand 1000 Guineas-Gr.1 and ATC Surround Stakes-Gr.2; and Sopressa, who took the SAJC Schweppes Oaks-Gr.1. D’Argento and Inference are two of the 10 runners by So You Think out of mares by Redoute’s Choice. In addition to giving a version of the Sadler’s Wells/Danehill cross, Redoute’s Choice doubles Nijinsky II, who appears through Tights and through Redoute’s Choice’s second dam Dancing Show. Pontiana, the dam of Inference has another cross of Nijinsky II, as her second dam, Liberty Rose, is by Royal Academy (which means she’s bred similarly to Fastnet Rock). In addition, Dancing Show and Liberty Rose, whose dam is by Sir Tristram, are both Nijinsky II/Sir Ivor crosses. Somewhat similarly, Inference goes back to a mare by Bluebird, who is by Nijinsky II’s relative Storm Bird out of a Sir Ivor mare. In this filly’s case  (Bella) Diosa and Sopressa are more of an outcross. La Bella Diosa is out of a mare by Star Way, the cross that also produced High Chaparral’s top-class runner Monaco Consul. Her dam is by Grosvenor, a son of Sir Tristram, a horse who appears in four of So You Think’s stakes winners, and High Chaparral has no less than 21 stakes winners out of mares carrying Sir Tristram, 17 Group, and six Gr.1. Sopressa is out of a mare by Weasel Clause, by Marscay, (same as this filly’s dam)  a Biscay line stallion, and giving the same High Chaparral/Biscay cross as High Chaparral’s Gr.1 winner, Descarado. This is reflected with the pedigree of this filly on alternate sides of the pedigree. This filly descends from the family that produced Canny Lad, Canny Lass, Sepoy, Camarena and the successful fillies Sunday rose and Moonboat. A family full of black type.

An amazing opportunity to jump in now on a filly with residual.  This opportunity wont last long as she will be at the races before you can even say I will take a share.

All the hard work has been done.

Pariah – Ailuros filly

This filly currently available.
A recent magic millions purchase, with insurance for 12 months and includes inspection and transport from the sales. She is eligible for Bobs scheme and the lucrative Magic Millions races.
A bay filly by a son of Redoute’s Choice, Pariah, out of Ailuros. The dam is a half-sister to G3 winner Estelle Collection, who is the dam of the multiple G1 winner, Horse of the Year and Champion Sprinter in Australia in 2013-14 and horse that wears his heart on his head, Lankan Rupee. The dam is also a half-sister to Lucky Ana, dam of G2 winner Dig Deep, and Saigon, dam of G3 winner Monsieur Gustave.
By Pariah –  Pariah is by the great multiple Champion Sire Redoute’s Choice, sire of ten Group 1-siring sons including the world-class stallion Snitzel, and leading sires Not A Single Doubt, Stratum and Beneteau. All instantly recognised as top line stallions in their own rights.

Pariah is notably a ¾ brother to the outstanding sprinter Melito (also by Redoute’s Choice) whose five wins includes the ATC T.J. Smith S. G1 and Qld Tatt’s RC Winter S. G1. His dam Secluded, is a city-winning daughter of Champion Sire Hussonet and Cloister, a 2YO stakes-winning daughter of Golden Slipper winner Marauding. The Redoute’s Choice/Hussonet combination has produced a remarkable six Group winners including Champion South African filly Majmu & dual Group 1-winning juvenile King’s Legacy from only 24 runners.
Pariah is similarly bred to Champion Sire Fastnet Rock, by Danehill, whose grandam is also a stakes-winning Marauding mare. Pariah’s third dam Pampas Fire was a 2YO stakeswinner and is a half-sister to 5-time Group 1 winner Zeditave, a leading sire of 7 Group 1 winners, 36 Stakeswinners and over $40 million in progeny earnings. Pampas Fire’s descendants also include Group winners Shikoba, Furnaces and Group 1-placed stakeswinner You’re So Good. Pariah was a supremely natural 2YO – and managed to win a Group 3 on debut and went super close to winning a Blue Diamond on his first preparation. He should produce early runners!

This filly as enormous residual after racing as a breeding prospect.  We have enjoyed enormous success in our stable with our own Count De Rupee (Winner of the 1 million dollar The Gong) who carries a similar family connection to the super sprinter Lankan Rupee.  With Pariah being such an exciting stallion prospect by the mighty Redoute’s Choice the sky is the limit with this filly. We feel that this filly oozes similar class and we look forward to seeing her on the racetrack.

So you think – Submissive colt

This colt currently available.
A recent magic millions purchase, with insurance for 12 months and includes inspection and transport from the sales. He is eligible for Bobs scheme and the lucrative Magic Millions races.
By So You Think –  with 11 group 1 winners since the start of 2021 he is as hot a stallion as you will see in Australia right now. So You Think achieved a lot throughout his relatively brief career. The globe-trotting thoroughbred was a dual winner of the Cox plate before applying his trade in Europe. So You Think was every bit a champion racehorse. Being able to win in multiple countries is something not many of Australia’s past champions have achieved and So You Think ran at the top level throughout his career. So You Think had only 23 career starts before being retired, but he won 14 and placed in another five. With over $10 million in the bank from 14 wins, he scored his wins in big prizemoney races. He was inducted into the Australian and New Zealand Horse Racing Hall of Fame, with his Australian honours coming in 2019. As a stallion he is proving just as successful.

His top performers include…

  • Quick Thinker – winner of the Gr.1 Australian Derby, Gr.2 Tulloch Stakes, Gr.2 Chairman’s H’capGr.3 Ming Dynasty H’cap & Listed Champagne Stakes

  • Fasika – winner of the Gr.2 Sapphire Stakes, Gr.3 ATC Wenona Girl Quality & Listed South Pacific Classic at Randwick. Third in the Gr.1 All Aged

This is a stunning colt by So You Think out of a Street Cry mare in Submissive. Submissive herself needs no introduction being a daughter of the impressive race mare Obsequious. Making Submissive a half sister to the rising star in Ingratiating. Ingratiating the winner of the Group II Light Fingers stakes and the Group III San Domenico. This is a family on the move. Ingratiating most recently running 3rd in the Group I Manikato as a 3 year old.
This colt could well be a stallion prospect. His looks are every inch like his sire So You Think.  It is rare to be able to secure such a rising pedigree with upside everywhere you look. This colt is big and strong and will be aimed towards Black Type races to continue the family tradition of stakes successes. With a head very much like his father and a confirmation to match we have seriously great hopes for this colt. He is a blue chip purchase and we are excited about his future.

Russian Revolution – Moretti colt

This colt currently available.
A recent magic millions purchase, with insurance for 12 months and includes inspection and transport from the sales. He is eligible for Bobs scheme and the lucrative Magic Millions races.
By Russian Revolution. The most exciting freshman stallion of this season. Russian Revolution is Snitzel’s fastest son at stud. Multiple Group 1 winner of the Oakleigh Plate & Gala he defeated champion sprinter Redzel in the Group 1 Galaxy in just his 6th career star. He was precocious with 7 wins from 9 starts at stakes level and above. He also won the Oakleigh Plate just like his sire Snitzel and great grandsire Snippets. Speed on Speed on Speed. At the time he joined his great grandsire Snippets as two of the only horses in history to complete the Galaxy/Oakleigh Plate double. Especially exciting is the fact that he hails from the powerful Fanfreluche family that produced Encosta De Lago & Flying Spur. Proven bloodlines that work in Australia.
This is a stunning colt by Russian Revolution out of a brilliant More than Ready mare family.
More than Ready regularly topping the charts of most successful broodmare sires in the country.
Moretti, the dam of this colt is a half sister to the superstar racehorse Bentley Biscuit.  It is an incredibly strong family that looks even better on the page and this colt is no exception. His conformation suggests he will be an early runner and will possess blistering speed. The pedigree is constantly on the move and I would suggest this colt may just be the one to continue the family tradition of stakes performers.

Brave Smash – Morganza filly

This filly currently available.
A recent magic millions purchase, with insurance for 12 months and includes inspection and transport from the sales. She is eligible for Bobs scheme and the lucrative Magic Millions races.
By Brave Smash – The Sunday Silence sire line is one of the most powerful in the world and with the continued success of Japanese-bred runners in Australia, the inclusion of dual Gr.1-winning sprinter Brave Smash (Jpn) looks set to continue this upward trend. Proven under Australian conditions Brave Smash arrived from Japan with the reputation of being a serious sprinter and quickly made his mark finishing third in the inaugural $10m The Everest behind Redzel and Vega Magic.
Competing consistently at the top level, winning the Gr.1 MRC Futurity Stakes (WFA, 1400m) and MVRC Manikato Stakes (WFA, 1200m) Brave Smash also gained further elite level placings in the VRC Newmarket Handicap (twice), MVRC AJ Moir Stakes and MRC CF Orr Stakes. He was the fastest entire to win the Manikato Stakes, in a time quicker than outstanding sprinters Lankan Rupee, Chautauqua and Redoute’s Choice, Brave Smash is the fastest son from the Sunday Silence sire line to stand at stud in Australia which we find extremely exciting.
This is a stunning filly by Brave Smash out of a Singspiel mare in Morganza. Black Type mare Morganza was also very competitive under Australian conditions. Successful at 2000m and racing competitively in Metropolitan VIC – she has now gone on to be a rising star in the breeding barn as well with her foal Tycoon Bec winning three from three at her first three starts.
Recognised for his his high-performing fillies and mares that maintain Singspiel as one of the most sought after broodmare sires in the world.
If a rising pedigree and proven performance under Australian conditions counts for something then this filly has it all before her.
